II found my first breast lump at eighteen. It was removed, and the surgeon told me that if anyone knew what causes breast lumps, they would win a Nobel Prize. That sentence has stayed with me ever since.
The second surgeon had a different answer: I needed to have children to balance my hormones.

II. One symptom at a time
Over the years, the list kept growing. Ovarian cysts. Acne. Severe PMS. Heavy periods. Mood swings. Gut problems. Food intolerances. Each one was treated on its own, as if it belonged to a different person.

After surgery, 2024
That was the moment I stopped waiting for someone else to connect the dots.
I started my own research, with a lot of trial and error, including supplements I would never recommend anyone try without proper guidance.
IV. What changed for me
Over time, my gut health, skin, food intolerances, PMS and cycle all improved. And there have been no new lumps.
This is my personal story, not medical advice. Any breast lump must be checked by a qualified medical professional.
V. Why Hormoni Health exists
So no woman is dismissed, treated one symptom at a time, or left to figure it out alone.
I built Hormoni Health to offer the whole-picture support I needed years ago: science, empathy and a realistic plan, with qualified practitioners who look at how everything connects.
If you’ve been told it’s normal, but it doesn’t feel normal, we’re here.
